My name is Chris Janek. I am a 1996 Granite City High School graduate hoping you have a most successful year in your respective sport. I am proud of the Granite City schools of which my oldest son now attends, In particular my pride and interest is in student athletics weight training and conditioning

I played many sports throughout my life with an emphasis on wrestling and football, but my passion has always been weight training. My success at GCHS sports allowed me to receive a football scholarship to the University of Wisconsin. There I gained excellent knowledge in strength and conditioning from some of the top coaches of our time.

The past 8 years I played professional football for the ARENA FOOTBALL LEAGUE. Unfortunately our last season was cancelled due to the economic state our country is in. I was given an amazing opportunity by the Jr. Warriors Baseball Club to open Tank’s Training Facility (TTF)Because my career has afforded me weight training and conditioning in some of the best facilities, I can state that TTF is comparable.

I would like to offer my services to you as one of the best Strength and Conditioning Coaches in our area. I have worked with, trained under, and consulted some of the best coaches in the industry.  In the last ten years I have been privileged to work with sports teams at the high school and college levels (Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Tennis, Track, Hockey, Golf, and others) I offer excellent group and team rates.
